Products
All of our candles are made with a luxury coconut soy wax blend allowing for a clean burn at cooler temperatures. Our wicks are flat braided and made of premium cotton.
All of our wax melts are made with 100% soy wax, derived directly from soybeans.
All of our fragrance oils are phthalate-free and not subject to the California Proposition 65 warning requirements.

Returns & Exchanges
Our products are handcrafted with care in our Miami studio. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. If your products arrive damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us at info@seasonedsanctuary.com within 72 hours with a picture of the damage/error so we can help make it right.
Shipping
All Seasoned Sanctuary orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days**. Any delays in processing times will be added to our homepage banner.
**SUMMER SHIPPING during the months of June to August when temperatures are high, we will only ship products Monday to Wednesday to avoid products being exposed to high temperatures during extended transit on the weekends.

If your order doesn't arrive, we ask that you use the tracking information provided in the shipping confirmation email to contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Please contact us if you haven't received your tracking information.
